2. Classic – 1,000–3,000 SF → $2,500–$4,500

3. Signature – 3,000 SF and up → Starting at $4,500

1. Final material & finish list

2. Ready design package

3. Clear reference / inspiration images with finalized decisions

Design decisions must be finalized prior to starting unless the Design Add-On is selected.

TRUVU provides:

1. Interior design direction

2. Material & finish selection

3. Fixture and lighting recommendations

4. Design coordination prior to visualization

This add-on requires additional coordination and design time.

Add-On Pricing:

Base package price +20%–30%

(Depending on scope and number of spaces)

Important to know

1. Exterior and outdoor areas are priced separately

2. Additional render views are priced at 200$ per view

3. Permit coordination is available as an optional add-on

4. Payment terms: 60% to start / 40% before delivery
